At Wilson Dental Care, we feel strongly that it is our duty to ensure that your time here is the best that it can possibly be.
We will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate dental concerns, review your past medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan that provides for your optimal dental health. With your cooperation, we will complete a thorough comprehensive dental evaluation. At your first visit, you will be greeted by our administrative team. A Registered Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Hygienist will then escort you back to your patient exam area. Our office area features a warm and inviting reception area, state of the art equipment, and patient exam chairs with massage settings to help you remain calm and relaxed.
Tired of rushing to fill out New Patient Paperwork at your first appointment? Wilson Dental Care has great news for you! Our New Patient Forms are now available online and can be digitally completed prior to the scheduled appointment. There are two forms, “Patient Registration” and “Medical History". Once the two forms are completed on our website, you can then securely submit it electronically to our office patient information system. The “New Patient Forms” tab above will take you directly to the online forms.
